Stress ManagementWe all deserve to feel like we are in control of our stress. However, we often feel like stress controls us! Let's heal this! For 40 days, we will work on implementing self-care strategies, addressing and healing beliefs that make you feel less than, and improving your self-love. The first coaching session is an hour long, then we will meet weekly for 30 minutes.
